According to CNN polling done after the conclusion of Obama’s second 100 days, none of the public’s grades on the president were as high as a B+. In fact, none of them were even close. Out of four questions asked about Obama, the results were as follows:
Obama’s handling of the economy: C-
Obama’s handling of health care reform: D
Obama’s handling of foreign affairs: C
Obama’s overall rating: C-
So Obama’s self-rating is a full grade higher than those given by the public in any of the categories noted above. And as pointed out at realclearpolitics.com, at the time that those public grades were given, Obama’s approval rating was 54% and his disapproval rating stood at 40%. Currently the Real Clear Politics polling averages put Obama’s approval rating at 48% and his disapproval at 45%. Therefore, it is highly likely that if the public was asked to grade Obama again then those grades would be worse in accordance with his worsening approval ratings.

Professor Obama has claimed every rung of "social promotion" available to a man. Elementary School, Prep School, Ivy League college, Number One Law School, Law Review — all achieved by "social promotion". His major at Columbia is rumored to have been "General Studies" — a rarely seen major designed to give the most well connected a fine diploma without any hard coursework. He was elected to Law Review — a change from prior years when grades determined who gets on Law Review.
His autobiography was ghost written, his projects with the Chicago Schools Annenberg Challenge project carefully scrubbed of any bad report by mentors like William Ayers. Social promotion — affirmative action of a sort — is what appears to be the main reason for his winning the Nobel Peace Prize.
It is clear that he won the Presidency by a campaign that played to the modern cultural dynamic of giving the underprivileged special treatment. Partly it was that Obama was Black, but also that he was in many ways an orphan, an disenfranchised outsider in every place he came to.
These are the stones in the shallow river upon which the man-boy walked — yet what has he learned. Has he learned any humility?
By giving himself a B+ on Oprah … when the public gave him a C- at best when his numbers were 10 points higher … did not Professor Obama show that he does believe in "social promotion" and most especially when it increases him, for him, by him, and of him. What is he, afraid he will perish from the Earth unless he always strokes himself or gets many to stroke him?
Obama – like most left-wingers – is delusional and narcissistic.
